Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie has poured encomium on his father, Pete Edochie as he turns 77 years old today, March 7th, 2024.
Taking to his Instagram page, he described his father as the Lion of Africa, and the most handsome 77 years he knows.
Calling him the greatest, he revealed his wishes for him and prayed for God to lead him always.

Following his marriage to his second wife, Judy Austin, Pete and Yul had a strained relationship. Pete Edochie claimed he was not aware of Yul Edochie’s second marriage to Judy, as he affirmed that he was never aware that Yul had taken a second wife.
Reacting to it, Yul had vowed to tell all about his marital drama, and many dragged him for trying to embarrass his father on social media.
Having a change of mind, Yul tendered a public apology to Pete for making his statement unreliable.
Yul Edochie shared a video and photo on his Instagram page which he dedicated to his father. Although the father of five did not say sorry, he used sweet words to eulogize his father, a move many counted as an apology.
Recently, Yul who has turned a pastor and has started his ministry, had expressed gratitude to his father for supporting him.
The actor revealed that his veteran father has endorsed his ministry after watching his first service and enjoyed it. He further revealed that his father called to congratulate him for successfully holding his first life program as a Minister of God.
Questioning what more he could ask from a father, he appreciated him for the support and prayed for him to live longer.
